Customer Explorer: Site Contacts

The contacts tab will store each contact person, details and notification settings associated with this site. Once contacts are created, a primary contact can be designated in the site details. Also see Related Tasks.

 

Site Contacts

  1. Populate the name and contact fields as applicable based on the column header.
  2. Enter an email address in order to utilize the email notifications.
  3. Site Contacts will have a check mark in the Site Contact box.
  4. If a Customer Level contact has been Shared with Site, the Site Contact box will be empty.
  5. Select the notification types to be emailed to this contact. For instance, if the contact will be emailed invoices, include an email address and check the box for Invoice.
  6. Select the Document Type to Attach To Invoice, if any.
  7. Click Save.

 

Primary Contact

Once a site contact exists, a primary contact can be identified for this site. Primary Contacts will be indicated in Blue in the contacts grid.

  1. Click the Primary Contact drop down.
  2. Select the contact to be identified as the Primary.
  3. Click Save.

 

Primary Contact will be shown blue in the Site Contacts grid.
